I believe in seizing every opportunity to inspire others to embody the self-love, clarity, and confidence that empowers them to thrive. My own journey—from growing up in the South Bronx to leading at NASA—taught me that when women feel aligned and supported, they don’t just change their lives—they change families, organizations, and entire communities.

I’ve walked the path of high achievement, checked all the boxes, and still found myself burnt out, overworked, and questioning my next move. Like so many women today, I was doing all the things—raising children, supporting aging parents, managing a demanding career—while running on empty. And yet, even in that struggle, I heard a deeper call.

That call became JourneyUp Coaching.

Today, I help women—especially those navigating transitions, reinvention, or leadership evolution—gain the clarity, confidence, and intuitive alignment to move forward. My coaching blends structured, evidence-based practices with deep listening, intuitive insight, and compassionate support. Together, we unlock what’s next—not just professionally, but personally and spiritually.

With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, human capital strategy, and DEI across government, academia, and private sectors, I bring both credibility and compassion to the coaching space. I'm a Certified Executive and Life Coach, Diversity Dialogue Facilitator, and Qualified Administrator for several leadership assessment tools. I hold certifications in DEI and Executive Leadership, and I serve as a Strategic Advisor and Program Manager at NASA.

I founded JourneyUp Coaching to serve as a sacred space for ambitious women to pause, realign, and rise. Whether you’re facing a career pivot, burnout, or a desire to reconnect with your purpose, I meet you at the crossroads—ready to guide your next breakthrough.

My greatest joy is my family—my amazing husband, three incredible children, and seven adorable grandchildren. My journey includes raising a neurodiverse child, balancing professional ambition with deep personal responsibility, and learning to honor my energy as a woman, leader, and intuitive guide.
