My journey—from growing up in the South Bronx to serving in senior leadership at NASA—has taught me that when women feel truly seen and supported, they don’t just transform their own lives—they transform families, workplaces, and communities.

I know what it’s like to check all the boxes and still feel disconnected. I’ve led teams, earned titles, and raised a family—all while navigating burnout, caregiving responsibilities, and the quiet whisper that something deeper was calling. That whisper became JourneyUp Coaching.

Today, I help women—especially those navigating transitions, reinvention, or leadership evolution—gain the clarity, confidence, and intuitive alignment to move forward. My coaching blends structured, evidence-based practices with deep listening, intuitive insight, and compassionate support. Together, we unlock what’s next—not just professionally, but personally and spiritually.

With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, talent development, and organizational strategy across government, higher education, and the private sector, I bring both professional depth and human-centered insight to every coaching relationship. I’m a Certified Executive and Life Coach, and a skilled facilitator of courageous conversations.

For over two decades, I had the honor of serving in a variety of leadership roles at NASA, including leading talent strategy, workforce development, and enterprise-wide initiatives to support leadership growth, engagement, and organizational transformation. Across my 24+ years with the agency, I partnered with senior leaders, mentored emerging professionals, and built programs that valued both excellence and well-being—experiences that continue to shape the way I support my coaching clients today.

As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I guide my clients using a unique blend of professional coaching standards and intuitive presence. My approach is rooted in ICF core competencies—like evoking awareness, co-creating the relationship, and maintaining presence—while also honoring the emotional, energetic, and soul-level insights that often guide our most meaningful breakthroughs.

My greatest joy is my family. My journey includes raising a neurodiverse child, balancing professional ambition with deep personal responsibility, and learning to honor my energy as a woman, leader, and intuitive guide.
